Which sugar dating sites are free for women?
As of October 2026:
- Arranged is free for women, including messaging.
- Seeking lets women send and read messages free, per DatingScout. An optional women's Premium costs $19.99 a month.
- Secret Benefits is reported free for women by VidaSelect. DatingScout does not say either way.

Subscription vs credits: what is the difference?
A subscription charges a flat price each month, however many people you message. Arranged, Seeking and SugarDaddyMeet work this way.
A credit site charges per action. You buy a pack once and spend credits on things like unlocking a conversation. Secret Benefits and SugarDaddy.com work this way. Per DatingScout, credits on both do not expire and do not auto-renew.
Using the reported Secret Benefits figure of 10 credits per new conversation, the 100-credit pack covers about ten conversations, roughly $5.90 each. At that rate, a man opening fewer than about eight new conversations a month spends less than Arranged Premium's $49.99. A man opening more spends more.
How does verification compare?
No site on this list verifies every member. Every verification option here is optional except email.
- Arranged: email verification is required before messaging. Photo verification is an optional live selfie, screened automatically for a real face and apparent age; possible minors go to a person. It does not confirm identity or income. Arranged does not verify income.
- Seeking: per DatingScout's October 2026 review, email is required; an ID check (with a fee), a selfie liveness check and a background check covering identity and income are optional.
- Secret Benefits: VidaSelect, updated October 16, 2026, describes email and phone verification as required and video verification as optional. DatingScout lists different steps. Neither says the site verifies income.
- SugarDaddy.com: DatingScout's October 2026 review is inconsistent, describing optional video verification in one place and no verification in another.
- SugarDaddyMeet: DatingScout describes a premium "Certified Daddy" badge but no identity verification process.
Which sugar dating sites have an app?
As of October 2026, none of the five has a confirmed native app on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. Arranged runs as a web app you can add to your phone's home screen. DatingScout and VidaSelect say Secret Benefits has no native app, and DatingScout says the same of SugarDaddy.com. Seeking's iOS app was removed by Apple in 2020, as covered in our post on why there is no Seeking app. We could not confirm SugarDaddyMeet's current app status from the sources used here.
Our opinion
This section is opinion, written by Arranged. Weigh it accordingly.
Seeking has the largest name in the category, and that matters if you live somewhere small. In our opinion, at $109.99 a month for a man to message, it is expensive for what it offers, and its own homepage saying sugar dating is prohibited (as of October 2026) makes it an odd fit for people who want exactly that.
Credit sites like Secret Benefits suit a man who messages a few people a month and hates subscriptions. We think they get expensive fast for anyone who messages more, and the extras that draw on the same balance make costs harder to predict. Our reviews of Secret Benefits and SugarDaddy.com go into detail.
We would skip SugarDaddyMeet if you are a woman who does not want to pay to start conversations.
Arranged is the cheapest flat subscription on this list for men and free for women. It is also smaller than Seeking, it does not verify income, and its photo verification is optional. What it does is block contact details in messages until the other person replies, block copy-paste mass messages, and suspend repeat offenders automatically. The full breakdown is in what Arranged costs.
