What we check automatically, what a person on our team reviews, and what happens when something breaks the rules.
Every upload is screened automatically. Explicit nudity, sexual activity, graphic violence and hate symbols are refused and never stored. Partial nudity, suggestive images, drugs, rude gestures and self-harm are kept out of Discover until a person on our team reviews them. If the screening service is unavailable, the photo is marked unscreened and checked again later.
You can take a live selfie with your camera. It is checked automatically for a face and for apparent age; it is not compared with your profile photos and the selfie is not stored. If the check suggests you might be under 18, your profile is hidden while a person on our team reviews it.
Profile text and messages are checked for escort, solicitation and trafficking terms. A prompt answer or trip note that matches can't be posted. A bio, headline or message that matches is flagged for our team to review, and a flagged message is not quoted in email notifications.
Phone numbers, emails, payment handles and other apps can't be sent until the other person has replied. Someone refused for this in three different conversations in a day is suspended automatically. The same message pasted to ten or more people in a day is refused from then on; short greetings are exempt.
The full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy. Breaking them can lead to content being removed, a profile being hidden, or the account being suspended or removed.
Choose a reason: fake profile, harassment, inappropriate content, scam, underage, human trafficking, or other, and add details if you want to.
An underage report hides the profile immediately. A trafficking report flags it for priority review. A profile reported by three members is flagged for review, and one reported by five is suspended automatically until our team looks at it.
The reviewer looks at the report and the profile and decides whether to dismiss it, hide the profile, or suspend the account.
Blocking hides the two of you from each other, closes the conversation for both of you, and removes any likes and match between you. You can unblock from Settings.
A suspended account can't be used and is hidden from other members. Nothing is deleted, and a suspension can be reversed.

No. Offering or requesting money, gifts or anything of value in exchange for sex or intimacy is prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms, as is advertising escort or sex work. Accounts that do it are removed.
Yes, for a narrow set of things. Photos are screened when they are uploaded. Profile text and messages are checked for escort and solicitation terms; some matching text is refused and the rest is flagged for our team to review. Contact details are refused in messages until the other person has replied, the same copy-pasted message to many people in a day is refused, and an account that keeps trying to share contact details before anyone replies is suspended automatically.
A member of our team. Reports land in a review queue, and the reviewer decides whether to dismiss the report, hide the profile, or suspend the account.
Email support@getarranged.io from the address on your account and explain what happened. A suspension can be reversed, and nothing is deleted when an account is suspended.
We do not tell members who reported them.
It hides the two of you from each other. Neither of you can see the other's profile, the conversation closes for both of you, and any likes and match between you are removed.
We report apparent child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, as the law requires, and we cooperate with valid legal process. Suspected trafficking, credible threats of violence and other serious crimes may also be reported to the authorities.
